Third-Party Services: Some functionality depends on providers like Google, DotLoop, DocuSign, Fillout, or local Multiple Listing Services. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.
3. Real Estate Disclosures and Relationships
- No Agency Created: Use of this website does not automatically create an agency relationship. Agency is only established through a signed written agreement, such as a Buyer Representation Agreement or Listing Agreement.

8. SMS and Communication Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS notifications regarding new listing alerts, property updates, appointment confirmations, tour reminders, transaction updates, and closing deadline updates. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share your mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Move Houston Real Estate, LLC and its agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or errors in property data. The service is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
