1. Program Description
By opting into the Move Houston Real Estate, LLC (MoveHOU) SMS program, you agree to receive automated and manual text messages related to your real estate inquiries and transactions. These messages may include property alerts, appointment reminders, transaction updates, and direct agent communication.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interaction with our agents.
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS notifications through methods on MoveHOU.com, including submitting a Contact Agent, Contact Us, Schedule a Showing, or Home Value form; registering for a property search account and checking the SMS consent box; or explicitly providing your mobile number to a Move Houston Real Estate, LLC agent for transaction coordination.
3. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number sending the messages. After you send STOP, we will send an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, sign up as you did the first time or text START.
